My communication style

I create an authentic, realistic, and cultural milieu for my patients. I encourage my patients to be themselves and be open when it comes to their authenticity during the course of treatment.

My journey to mental healthcare

I am an individual who struggles with a Learning Disability, grew up in the foster care system, and dealt with personal and economic struggles before achieving my goal. I will leave it right there, if you are interested in learning more, we can have a discussion during our first session.

I help patients approach their goals by helping patients identify the most valuable changes they desire to help patients establish their treatment goals from a solution-focused model.
