My focus
Individuals who are navigating challenges such as trauma, depression, anxiety, impulsiveness, loss and grief, divorce, and those struggling with adjusting to change. I work with individuals ready to move from survival mode to a place of healing, confidence, and resilience.
My approach
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy, to name a few. I create a flexible and collaborative approach that addresses a client's thought patterns, internal motivation, and future goals. Approaches can be tailored to meet specific needs.
