My journey to mental healthcare

My path into therapy began with a genuine curiosity about people and the ways our experiences shape how we think, feel, connect, and cope. I’ve always valued creating space for others to feel safe enough to be vulnerable, understood, and accepted without judgment.

I help clients clarify their goals, identify obstacles, and develop effective tools to create meaningful and lasting change. Through a collaborative therapeutic process, I support clients in building insight, strengthening coping skills, improving relationships, and enhancing overall well-being.

Our first session

During our first session, we will explore what brings you to therapy, discuss your goals, and gather information about your background and current challenges. This session also provides an opportunity for you to ask questions and determine whether I am the right fit for your needs. Together, we will begin developing a plan to support your growth.
