My journey to mental healthcare

My journey into mental health began with personal experiences in diverse communities and my own challenges. Through those seasons I felt called to serve others. My work in hospitals and hospice deepened my compassion and natural draw to help others become their best selves.

My goals for you

We'll build trust, set meaningful goals together, and regularly track progress. I adjust our work to reflect your needs and growth at a pace that feels right. My hope is you leave with relief from symptoms and renewed purpose, faith, and confidence.
