I am so glad you are here today. My role is not to judge or fix you, but to walk alongside you as you uncover your strengths, understand your patterns of behavior, and move towards healing. I want to create a space where you will feel seen and heard.

My focus

I primarily work with children, adolescents, and young adults. Helping them work through difficult challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship and self-esteem issues, and grief. Each session is tailored to meet everyone's unique needs.

My approach is client-centered and solution-focused, understanding that everyone is unique. I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to therapy, so I tailor our work together to meet your specific needs.

My communication style is warm, empathetic, and understanding. I like to create a safe and comfortable space for you to be able to express yourself. My tone is supportive and understanding, helping you feel heard and validated. I will listen carefully to your concerns.

My journey to mental healthcare

My personal experiences and journey have influenced my desire to become a therapist. Growing up, I faced certain challenges that taught me the importance of empathy, resilience, and support. This sparked a passion in me to help others navigate their own struggles to find healing.

I will help you reach your goals by working collaboratively to identify and clarify them. I provide a supportive and non-judgmental environment, teach coping skills to utilize, and monitor progress while adjusting the plan as needed.

Our first session

The first session will be centered around getting to know you and understanding what brings you to therapy. We will talk about your goals, concerns, and what you hope to achieve. It is a safe space to share as much or as little as you like, and I'll listen attentively.
