I've always loved helping others and felt drawn to supporting people facing mental health and addiction challenges. My empathy and compassion guide my work with clients navigating co-occurring disorders.

Our first session

We start with an initial assessment where I gather information for diagnosis and treatment planning. Then we focus on building rapport and establishing our therapeutic relationship. For young children, I involve parents or caregivers in planning and tracking progress at home and school.
