I've always loved helping others and felt drawn to supporting people facing mental health and addiction challenges. My empathy and compassion guide my work with clients navigating co-occurring disorders.

I collaborate with you to set short-term goals based on my clinical assessment and what you want to accomplish. We work together as a team to ensure therapy aligns with your needs and aspirations.

Our first session

The initial assessment takes place. I gather and review all pertinent information for diagnostic and treatment planning. I then spend the remainder of the session on rapport building for the purpose of establishing a therapeutic relationship.
