My focus
I often work with high-functioning adults who take on too much responsibility and feel internally overwhelmed. Many feel stuck in overthinking, people-pleasing, or self-sabotage despite years of insight. Others come after realizing that talk therapy hasn’t helped them feel different.
My approach
My approach is experiential and trauma-informed, with training in EMDR. Rather than more talking or analyzing, we work with emotional patterns that keep you stuck. EMDR supports deeper processing, so change can feel relieving and sustainable.
