I am an LCSW and AMFT with dual Master’s degrees in Clinical Psychology and Social Work and a member of Psi Chi (International Honors Society of Psychology). I use a trauma-informed, relational, evidence-based approach to help clients process past experiences, strengthen emotional regulation, and build self-worth and healthier relationships.
My focus
I specialize in traumatic events, childhood trauma, anxiety, shame, attachment wounds, self-criticism, and self-worth concerns, supporting clients who feel emotionally overwhelmed, stuck in patterns, or disconnected from a sense of internal safety.
My approach
I am EMDR trained and use a trauma-informed, relational approach integrating EMDR, IFS, attachment-based therapy, CBT, and body-based practices to support nervous system regulation, internal safety, symptom relief, and insight into trauma and relational patterns.
