I work with adults at various stages of transition, whether discovering a new sense of self, navigating a new career, working through a relationship, growing a family, experiencing empty nest, or coping with retirement. I am an LGBTQ ally, working extensively with the queer and transgender community.

My approach is eclectic, aiming to help you gain greater awareness of your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while nurturing self-compassion and reducing self-criticism. I start where you feel most comfortable while creating a psychologically safe environment to express yourself openly.
