Additionally, I enjoy working with couples who are experiencing challenges in their relationship and support them in developing ways to resolve conflict and improve communication and the quality of their relationship.

I also incorporate techniques from other evidence-based modalities to personalize clients’ therapy experience. Overall, I am here to support you in getting to the core of your challenges.

My approach is to help clients delve deeper by asking questions and helping them develop new thinking frameworks. I will provide a lot of psychoeducation during sessions to help clients gain a deeper understanding of their challenges.

My profession was a calling, and I truly believe that this is what I was meant to do in life. The work that I have done with clients has led me to develop a keen interest in trauma and attachment.
