My journey to mental healthcare

I was inspired to become a PMHNP by a passion for supporting mental health and helping people overcome challenges. I wanted to provide compassionate, personalized care for those managing ADHD, anxiety, and depression, guiding them toward balance, clarity, and lasting well-being.
