My journey to mental healthcare

I graduated high school with honors at 16 years old. I promptly then went to college and promised myself that one day I would become a healer. As a young adult, I raised my younger brother, went to college, and worked on the Rez. I have been back in Los Angeles building my private practice, developing books, and art on health for 4 years now.

My goals for you

My background as a field social worker and creative shows up in my genuinely open and empathetic approach to curating the most authentic treatment plan for you. Therapy is a collaborative partnership and I am excited to go on this journey with you!
