I work with individuals, couples, and families, specializing in trauma and addictions. I believe in a balance of structure and fluidity within the therapeutic process. I am a systems therapist and use Compassionate Inquiry, Internal Family Systems, and the Gottman Method to inform my work.
My focus
I work with adults and families addressing depression, grief, anxiety, women's issues, and addiction. The presenting concern brings people to therapy but is only a learned coping tool. I work well with those willing to explore why their coping mechanism developed and who want to build confidence and self-esteem.
