Hi there, I'm Robin!

I provide a space rooted in safety, deep listening, and compassion. I believe healing is a sacred journey—a process of remembering your own wisdom, reclaiming wholeness, and transforming pain into possibility. Together, we can explore the paths that lead to a satisfying life filled with peace, joy, and mastery.

My focus

I specialize in trauma-informed care, addressing childhood abuse and neglect, interpersonal violence, and domestic violence. I provide gender-affirming care for transgender, nonbinary, gender diverse, genderfluid, and gender nonconforming individuals. I work with foster children, foster care alumni, adoptees, veterans, and seniors.

I work from a relational, trauma-informed, and social justice-oriented lens, honoring the complexities of your identity and lived experience.

My communication style

I am client-centered, affirming, non-judgmental, and authentic. Clients tell me they appreciate my directness and honesty. Many share that I'm the first person they could talk openly with about difficult topics without fear of judgment—from suicidal thoughts to intimate details. It's a relief to share anything without reaction.

Our goal is creating a satisfying life worth living, free from persistent distress. You become your own therapist and can return anytime for booster sessions.
