I communicate with honesty, warmth, and directness. You can expect me to be straightforward and clear, while also attuned to your needs and pace. My goal is to create a therapeutic space that feels both safe and real, where you can bring your full self without fear of judgment.

My journey to mental healthcare

My path into therapy began in behavioral health, where I saw firsthand the impact of compassionate support. I have worked across every level of care—from crisis intervention to substance abuse treatment—which gave me a deep understanding of the challenges people face at different stages of life and recovery.

My goals for you

I help you clarify what you want to change and break those goals into steps that feel realistic and meaningful. Together, we track progress and adjust as needed. My role is to bring both strong clinical expertise and genuine support to keep you moving forward, even when the work feels uncomfortable.

Our first session

In our first session, I want to get to know you as a whole person. We'll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you've already tried, and what you hope will be different moving forward. I'll also ask about your strengths, supports, and what feels most important to you right now.
