I work with adults in individual and group therapy settings. I have extensive experience treating individuals with mood dysregulation, depression, anxiety, personality disorders, and thought disorders.

I employ a holistic, strengths-based approach tailored to your unique needs. I draw from evidence-based practices such as DBT, CBT, grief support, Nonviolent Communication, and Solution-Focused Therapy. Through a collaborative, non-judgmental relationship, we will explore your challenges, identify patterns, and work towards meaningful change.

When it comes to setting goals, I start with you and the goals that matter to you. Therapy is a collaborative process, but we always start with you and the things you want for yourself. I want to make sure that our time together is spent focusing on the issues that you want to work on.

Our first session

Our first session will be spent mostly establishing a connection and building trust. I will likely ask you about how you have been feeling lately, giving you a chance to share what brought you to therapy. I will be sure to explain the process of therapy and answer any questions you might have for me.
