Hi there, I'm Cheryl!

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and encouraging. I offer a safe and grounded space where you can share your story and we can work together to reclaim your strengths (and uncover new ones!), and move past mental and emotional roadblocks that can hinder healing and distract you from your life goals. I utilize a combination of Solution-focused therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-base therapies, and Trauma-informed therapy, and I have special focus in the areas of social anxiety, relationship issues and domestic violence, sexual assault, women’s studies, chronic pain management, and shame resilience. I look forward meeting you and working together to support your goals and your overall health & wellbeing!
