Hi there, I'm Cheryl!

I support a wide array of clients with a special focus on those impacted by trauma, grief and loss, and somatic work. My background includes crisis intervention, supporting survivors of sexual assault, and helping people navigate cancer diagnoses and health challenges.

My focus

I have a diverse background as a therapist working with mild to severe conditions, as well as experience working in high-pressure, complex corporate environments. I am very comfortable working with a wide array of issues people encounter in life, including trauma, grief, and loss, and navigating the stressors of career and life changes.

My approach

My approach is flexible to support your specific needs and help you find the tools that work for you. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness-based therapies, trauma-informed therapy, and solution-focused therapy with a special focus on social anxiety, grief and loss, depression, shame resilience, and chronic pain management.
