Hi there, I'm Ryan!

Nice to meet you. I am really glad you are here. I enjoy working with a wide range of populations. I specialize in working with neurodivergent individuals, including those diagnosed later in life, who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of who they are beneath masking and self-doubt.

My focus

I work with a wide range of clients and welcome anyone who’s ready to start their therapy journey. While I specialize in supporting adults and teens navigating anxiety, depression, and neurodivergent experiences, I’m also open to working with clients outside of these areas if it feels like a good fit and I can meet their needs effectively.

My approach

I have found that adjusting my therapeutic approach and treatment method based on the individual works best for not only myself, but most importantly, the individual. I enjoy working collaboratively to figure out which treatment style is preferred and works best.
