Hi there, I'm Elizabeth!

Navigating anxiety, depression, stress, or life transitions can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. I provide a warm, collaborative space where clients can explore their experiences, build coping skills, and work toward meaningful change. Let’s work together toward your goals and create a path forward.

My focus

Struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, or life transitions? I work with adolescents and adults who may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of their next steps. Together, we will explore your experiences, build coping skills, and develop strategies to help you feel more confident, resilient, and empowered.

My approach

I use a warm, collaborative, and strengths-based approach to help clients understand their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Through CBT and Solution-Focused Therapy, I help clients develop practical coping skills, build confidence, and work toward their goals. Therapy is a partnership, and I tailor my approach to each client’s unique needs.
