My journey to mental healthcare

My first passion was realized when I worked with survivors of domestic violence and engaged in education and advocacy with college students. I had the opportunity to work with dual-status youth and their families, as well as immigrant unaccompanied children in residential settings.

Goal setting can be expected from the first session and is an ongoing conversation throughout therapy. We work on setting very specific, measurable, and attainable goals that clients can strive to accomplish.
