I help clients gain insight and develop skills to put the puzzle together. If you're feeling overwhelmed, worried, unmotivated, or stuck, know there is light on the other side.
My approach
I believe everyone's experience with stress is different, so I take time to understand your stressors and how they affect your life. From there, we decide the best approach to help you achieve your therapy goals. I commonly use CBT, Problem-Solving Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Strength-Based approaches.
