I have experience working with young adults struggling with unhealed trauma, anxiety, and stress. I also have experience in childhood abuse, infertility, and adoption.
My approach
The approach I utilize when working with clients is being trauma-focused, client-centered, and clear about each individual's unique goals they have in therapy. I meet my clients with empathy, non-judgment, and kindness. I commonly use cognitive behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy.
