I work with adults experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, and relationship issues. Using mindfulness-based interventions, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, I help clients gain insight and improve their relationships and overall functioning.

My approach is most effective with adults facing life transitions in early adulthood and mid-life. Clients with depression and anxiety benefit from my ability to offer perspective and normalize experiences using trauma-informed care. Many clients feel more empowered and gain clarity, moving towards increased contentment and joy.

I help clients understand their histories and current behaviors, drawing on your existing strengths and resilience. From there, we shift behaviors and unhelpful beliefs to improve functioning and well-being.
