My focus on therapy works with all age groups, as we all experience trauma in our lives.

My approach

My approach to therapy is eclectic, as no two cases are the same. I utilize EMDR, Somatic exercises, and trauma-focused CBT for trauma cases. I also use CBT, Solution-Focused, and Motivational Interviewing.
