I feel privileged to be invited into my clients' inner worlds and work together with them toward insight, growth, and improved well-being. Prior to becoming a therapist, I was a teacher and spiritual mentor before returning to college to pursue this deeply fulfilling field.

I work with both kids and adults as individuals. My approach
My therapeutic approach is person-centered, forward-moving, positive, holistic, and strength-based. I utilize modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Reality Therapy, EMDR, and Mindfulness. I believe in the power of a caring and warm therapist-client relationship to facilitate positive change.
