Hosi Rosta

Hello and Welcome! My name is Hosi Rosta and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have been doing this work for about 10 years and have enjoyed that every interaction has been so diverse and enlightening in its own way. The center of my work with my clients is to focus on their needs and what they are looking for.

My approach

My approach is to focus on meeting my clients where they are in their life journey. This is how I would cater the therapeutic experience to what their needs are and apply the appropriate theoretical approach. I have an eclectic style of using different therapeutic modalities so that each client has a customized experience.

My focus

I appreciate working with all populations of clients and have practically been exposed to most of them; such as working with kids, families, couples, men, and women. But currently, I truly am enjoying working with adults and navigating the "adulting" moments that can make life difficult at times.

My communication style

My communication style is pretty "go with the flow" with a touch of focus. In other words, I like to play out how things will go for a bit before WE choose a direction, BUT there will be direction. I am a true believer in creating a comfortable and non-judgmental environment for my clients so that they can express themselves fully, talk out their thoughts, and increase their awareness. I like for my clients to feel that they have a safe space for themselves where they can explore their struggles while also meeting their goals.
