My focus is not on one particular type of client, as I have worked with a wide range of clients from all walks of life, many cultures, and different points of view.

My approach

I use motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, compassion therapy, and psychoeducation on the cycle of domestic violence, as well as career counseling.

My communication style

I like to create a very calm, friendly, compassionate, and safe space for my patients to be able to express their true thoughts, feelings, and emotions.

My journey to mental healthcare

I became a therapist because I have always enjoyed helping people and saw a need for mental health clinicians who are culturally competent and open to various walks of life.
