I’m a bilingual Latina licensed clinical social worker with over 5 years of experience working with people of all ages. I specialize in working with first-generation Latine and BIPOC adults who are navigating anxiety, stress, and the pressure of balancing family expectations with their own needs.

Many of my clients are first-generation professionals who feel overwhelmed, isolated, and spread thin. You may struggle to set boundaries, feel guilty about being seen as selfish, or be constantly pulled away from attending to your own needs.

I’ll also explain how therapy works and what you can expect since it’s a collaborative process where we both play a role. By the end, we’ll start to identify some goals and talk about next steps in a way that feels supportive and right for you.
