My focus is to make my clients feel understood and heard in a supportive and respectful environment. I encourage growth and will respectfully challenge clients to promote change at a comfortable pace.

My journey to mental healthcare

I had my first counseling experience in high school when I was assigned to a peer counseling program. I instantly fell in love with the work and knew this was my calling. I have never looked back or regretted my career in the mental health profession.

My goals for you

All therapeutic goals are created between the client and me. The client's goals are always the priority.

Our first session will be focused on establishing trust and security. Any therapeutic relationship must have this basic foundation for success. I will strive to understand why you are seeking therapy and what your hopes are for your journey.
