Hi there, I'm Kimberly!

I am a Clinical Psychologist. I have been in practice for over 20 years. My goal is to help my clients resolve their current and past struggles to reach their full potential.

My focus

I have worked with a variety of clients, from school-aged children to the elderly in nursing homes facing end-of-life issues. I have experience with forensic psychology, individual therapy, couples counseling, family therapy, and group therapy.

My approach

I have a well-rounded theoretical approach, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, client-centered therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma counseling, among many others.

My communication style

My focus is to make my clients feel understood and heard in a supportive and respectful environment. I encourage growth and will respectfully challenge clients to promote change at a comfortable pace.

My journey to mental healthcare

I had my first counseling experience in high school when I was assigned to a peer counseling program. I instantly fell in love with the work and knew this was my calling. I have never looked back or regretted my career in the mental health profession.
