Welcome! I specialize in helping high-functioning individuals who look like they have it all together on the outside but feel anxious, overwhelmed and constantly “on edge” beneath the surface. I teach practical, evidence-based strategies that you can implement immediately in your day-to-day life.

My goal is that you feel safe while challenging the thoughts, beliefs and behaviors that fuel anxiety, using structured strategies to create meaningful, lasting change. Insight is important but we must move beyond that to help you change what keeps you stuck.
My approach
Exposure-based CBT is practical, evidence-based, and action-oriented, helping you to break free from the anxiety cycle. We use cognitive restructuring to reshape problematic thoughts and beliefs that increase anxiety. We also use exposure tasks and experiments to help you build confidence while systematically facing fears and testing predictions.
