My communication style

First and foremost, respect and kindness towards the client and his/her ways of addressing his or her problems. Understanding, that I am not an expert on anything or anyone. I am just a point of reference who uses clinical approaches to reflect on a person's goals and expectations of treatment.

My journey to mental healthcare

I began my journey as a person interested in mental health services. I have been a professional in a variety of different clinical settings. I feel fortunate to have been able to work with a diverse client population.

My goals for you

I like to always make sure I meet the clients where they are in their emotional state of mind. I am a realistic yet very respectful professional who will be direct and honest when addressing the goals and expectations of therapy.

Our first session

During my first session, I like to disclose the limitations of confidentiality and reflect on my professional development. I also like to discuss my approach to being a therapist. I also like to know the reasons why the client has decided to seek therapy and what they expect to gain from the time with the therapist.
