I am a holistic strengths-based therapist who specializes in working with women struggling in areas of anxiety, depression, career counseling, coping skills, grief, life coaching, life transitions, relationship issues, school issues, self-esteem, sleep or insomnia, and stress.

One of the most significant components of the therapeutic process is working with someone whom you can trust and feel comfortable with. I intend to make sure my clients feel free to express themselves in a safe space, provide empathy and respect, and improve their quality of life.

My journey to mental healthcare

I became a therapist because I profoundly believe in the transformative power of human connection and the resilience of the human spirit. With my struggles in my life, therapy was life-changing for me, which is what I strive to provide my clients with.
