In addition to helping you develop the relationship you have with yourself, I aim to help you develop connection, understanding, and harmony in your relationships with others.
My focus
I work with individual women, men, and teens looking to understand and improve the relationship they have with themselves and others. Through a more developed understanding of the self, we can all experience improved relationships with others. I do encourage actions to be taken following the development of insight and discovery.
