I specialize in anxiety, depression, and trauma. I have years working with diverse populations and understanding that first we are human and everything else follows after. I am a strong believer in helping you understand your deeper self to work through everyday and subconscious problems, thoughts, ideas, and dreams.

I currently work with adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, work-life balance, life transitions, conflicts in relationships, self-esteem and work with LGBTQ+ population.
My approach
I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), mindfulness, strength-based therapy. I help integrate these interventions to develop positive coping skills to address unresolved symptoms.
