I take a warm, supportive approach in an open-minded environment. Clients who work with me appreciate my realistic and respectful approach, which is direct but not offensive.

My journey to mental healthcare

My attraction to the field is very close and personal to me. I am a first-generation college graduate, and I am from a family of immigrants. I learned early on the value of therapy and processing with a professional. I turned to a career that allows me to pay it forward—helping people in challenging situations because I have been in some myself.
