My communication style

I prioritize clear, open communication. The dialogue created offers a supportive, non-judgmental environment. I provide active listening and allow the client opportunities to reflect on their experiences. When I view the client making progress or demonstrating old passive behavior, the therapist will refer to the agreed treatment plan.

My goals for you

Goals are determined at the beginning of treatment. Together, agreed set goals are established, reviewed, and reflect the client's views on building self-esteem or pursuing personal growth. As the client gains new insights, we will adapt meaningful and supportive empowerment and self-awareness. When therapy is complete, the client moves forward.

Our first session

My journey began with someone special. I never thought I had resilience to change my life. Determined to attend graduate school, I found the passion and a desire to help others find strength through life’s challenges, were of therapy in healing. I’m driven by the belief that everyone has the capacity for growth, healing, and lasting change.
