Once we establish clear goals, I focus on understanding previous approaches and applying cognitive restructuring techniques to achieve more favorable outcomes. I assist in exploring how past experiences have influenced the current issue when relevant, provide psychoeducation as needed, and offer practical assignments.

I'll be listening to you identify what success looks like for you. Anything worth having takes a process, so let's work together to make it enjoyable.
