I have worked with adults, couples, teens, children, and families from diverse populations, helping clients change problematic behaviors and thinking patterns to achieve wellness and growth.
My focus
The core of my practice has been helping clients with myriad issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, divorce and breakup, grief and loss, personal and work transitions, relationships, social-emotional issues, and trauma.

My approach involves utilizing evidence-based therapies with compassion and empathy to provide a therapeutic alliance. I collaborate with every client to explore the issues that need to be worked through and the strengths and resources that can be built upon.
