Hi there, I'm Cynthia!

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you’ve struggled to find care that understands your lived experiences. I strive to help individuals from marginalized communities feel seen through affirming practices, culturally responsive therapy that is gentle, collaborative, and centered on self-compassion. If this resonates, I got you!

My focus

I work with Spanish/English-speaking neurotypical/neurodiverse adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, and self-worth. In this space, we’ll focus on building healthy coping skills and creating a growth plan that feels empowering, supportive, and aligned with your needs.

My approach

My approach is client-centered and strengths-based. I adapt therapy to each client’s needs, drawing from integrative, neuro-affirming practices. Together we set goals, build insight and skills, and regularly check in on progress so care remains supportive, flexible, and aligned with your values. Progress feels collaborative and paced.
