Every individual has unique needs and experiences. My goal is to help you become your better self, empowered personally and professionally. I help you develop awareness of how thoughts affect feelings and actions, learn healthy coping skills, create boundaries, and address how past experiences impact present situations.

I was skeptical about “zoom” therapy but once I was matched with Diane , I knew this was the right place for me. She has been the light at the end of my tunnel, and she will forever have a special place in my heart. I was in a very dark place where I didn’t think there was any hope of getting out of this alive. She has not only help me crawl out of my darkness but given me hope for my future. I look forward to my weekly meetings here and not sure where I would be without Rula or Diane. She listens, does NOT judge which has helped me be more open about situations in our sessions (I’ve had other therapist judge me and made it worse) she understands me and my background and really wants to make sure I am doing well.
