Beginning therapy can feel like a big step, especially when juggling transitions, emotional ups and downs, or daily stress. You don't have to navigate it alone. I specialize in supporting women through the perinatal period and helping people manage depression, anxiety, parenting stress, relationship concerns, and work stress.

My focus

I work with women facing pregnancy and postpartum stress and challenges, including infertility and pregnancy loss. I also support people navigating parenting or family stress, relationship stress, or work stress. I want to help you feel empowered to work towards the goals that matter most to you.

My approach

I meet you where you are and adjust my approach to fit your needs. I typically incorporate cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and a strengths-based approach. We work together to help you reach the goals that are important to you.

My journey to mental healthcare

I was drawn to therapy by a deep belief that emotional and psychological well-being are essential to living a meaningful life. I've had the privilege of working with individuals across a wide range of backgrounds and life circumstances. What continues to motivate me is witnessing the courage it takes to show up and do the work of healing.

Our first session

In a first session, we focus on getting to know one another. I explain a little about the process of therapy with me, and we discuss your background, current concerns, and what brings you to therapy. We also talk about your goals and some of the ways we can begin to work together to help you get where you want to be.
