My communication style

I have a caring and direct tone. I create a judgment-free environment where my clients feel comfortable expressing themselves and feel seen and heard during our sessions. I challenge my clients to help them get out of their own way.

My journey to mental healthcare

I became a therapist because I started therapy as a young child in the foster care system. I am driven to help others because the people who helped me grow up gave me hope and helped me become the person that I am today.

My goals for you

I take a collaborative approach to goal setting with my clients. I am an expert in my field, but you are an expert in your life. I help my clients face their fears and unsustainable patterns that are holding them back from actualizing their goals.

Our first session

In our first session, we go over what you are seeking out of therapy at this time, we go over the limits of confidentiality and paperwork, and we build rapport with each other.
