My journey to mental healthcare

Just when individuals feel it is all too much, I help clients engage in the therapeutic process, and share sometimes difficult thoughts and feelings; improving understanding, and facilitating the healing process. I will be your support system along your journey to a greater sense of self, well-being, feelings of happiness, and self-efficacy.

My goals for you

This is a collaborative process. Using motivational interviewing techniques, we will develop goals together. I encourage clients to be an integral part of developing short and long-term goals. We will develop change ideas and positive new ways of navigating life.

Our first session

I will conduct an initial assessment and explore your mental health needs and concerns. This will be an opportunity to begin establishing rapport and gain a better understanding of what you want from therapy. We will move at your own pace, and I will respect your level of comfort during the initial session and throughout the therapeutic process.
