I believe in providing a safe, comfortable, professional environment where individuals, couples, families, and children can come to work on issues that are interfering with their lives.

My focus

My passion is working with children, and this has extended to working with all parts of the family. This includes working with issues of communication, couples therapy, parenting, depression, divorce, and co-parenting. I provide a process for people to heal from hurtful experiences and live a peaceful, healthy life.

My approach

I began working with children using play therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy. As my work has developed, I now include mindfulness-based, narrative, and humanistic approaches.

I understand that people might have a variety of feelings when starting therapy. The first session is an opportunity to go over the intake paperwork, get clear on how everything works, and get a feel for each other.
