Hello! I'm Vittoria, and it's my passion for helping others find a life worth living drives me to support you in cultivating self-love, agency, and the motivation to set and achieve your life goals.
My approach
My therapeutic approach is compassionate, holistic, adaptive, cognitive-behavioral, and solution-focused. I view you as a whole person, not just the problems you present with. My extensive background working with children and families has reinforced my understanding that we are social creatures greatly influenced by intrinsic factors and regularly impacted by our environment.
My focus
I work with individuals, including minors aged 13-17. My specialties include trauma and PTSD, substance use, stress, anger management, anxiety, behavioral issues, depression, family conflict, sexual addiction, self-esteem, relationship issues, parenting, and divorce.
My communication style
In our sessions, I strive to be open and honest, role-modeling a well-balanced, genuine, and realistically joyful life. I communicate with compassion and aim to create a safe, non-judgmental space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences.

My goal is to help you develop the tools, insights, and self-awareness needed to overcome challenges, heal from past wounds, and create a more fulfilling life. Together, we will work towards building resilience, enhancing your relationships, and empowering you to make positive changes.
My first session with you
In our first session, we will discuss what brings you to therapy and explore your goals and expectations. This is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and determine if we are a good fit. The FIT is often overlooked, but I'll regularly encourage you to reflect on your own needs and preferences, and speak up for yourself. I will listen attentively to your story, offer support, and collaborate with you to develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your unique needs and aspirations.
