I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). I am comfortable when clients call me by my nickname, Eddie. I am licensed in the State of California, LMFT #144220. I have been practicing as a therapist since 2017. I am experienced in working with clients who have experienced various levels of trauma.
My focus
I support survivors of domestic violence and human trafficking, LGBTQI++ individuals, and women navigating the perinatal and postpartum period. I believe your experiences shape how you see the world, and you can grow stronger through your difficulties.
My approach
I use humanistic, existential, and systemic approaches to help you understand how trauma impacts body and mind. We work through four phases: building trust, psychoeducation, developing self-regulation skills, and processing traumatic memories in a secure space.
