My focus
Many of the people I work with are navigating anxiety, depression, work stress, parenting demands, or major life transitions. Sometimes clients come to therapy because something specific is happening in their lives, and other times it’s simply a sense that things don’t feel quite right anymore.

I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and psychodynamic principles to help you recognize patterns that may be contributing to stress or low mood while building practical strategies for meaningful change. We’ll work together to explore both present challenges.
