My focus

Do you struggle with social anxiety and panic symptoms? Are you challenged by low motivation and a lack of joy? I have worked with clients of all ages and backgrounds to promote personal accountability, strengthen emotional regulation, and encourage a sense of empowerment.

My approach

My approach is rooted heavily in dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and Humanistic therapeutic modalities. I prefer to "meet the client where they are at" in order to cultivate inherent strengths, identify unhelpful thought patterns, and develop a solution-focused approach to achieving your goals.
